Dosage & Frequency
Typical Beginner Dosage is 20–40 mcg per day, administered once daily. Intermediate users might use 30-50 mcg/day, while advanced users may go up to 50-100 mcg/day.
Timing Is best injected post-workout on training days for maximum nutrient uptake and recovery. Some users also inject in the morning (fasted) to maximize receptor sensitivity. It’s important to avoid injecting before bed to prevent hypoglycemia.
